You must be there promptly within a few minutes of the specified time. If you aren't there, or send someone in your place, the unit(s) will be resold, and you will be banned from bidding on any of our future auctions.

Terms: CASH only - 12.5% Buyer's Premium - $50.00 deposit per invoice (not per unit) - will be returned once unit is cleaned out properly and inspected. You will have 48 hours from time of payment to clean out units. NOTHING is to be left on the property.
