You must be there promptly within a few minutes of the specified time. If you aren't there, or send someone in your place, the unit(s) will be resold and you will be banned from bidding on any of our future auctions.

You will have 48 hours from time of payment to clean out your units.

You MUST take everything! Nothing is to be left on the premises. You aren't allowed to use the facility's dumpster.

You CAN send someone else to pay for your unit(s).

You must be there promptly to pay for your units, or send someone in your place.

If you do not pay or clean out units properly you will be banned from bidding on all of our future auctions. The feedback we leave on HiBid is seen by other auctioneers and may result in you being declined as a bidder in their auctions as well.
