TERMS: Cash only! 12.5% Buyer's Premium and 50.00 deposit per invoice. This will be refunded once unit(s) are cleaned out and inspected.

48 Hours from time of payment to remove contents. Nothing is to be left on the premises.

**Storage Payment Info** If you can't be there promptly at designated time or send someone in your place to pay, PLEASE DON'T BID!

If payment is not made and/or unit is not cleaned out properly you will be banned from bidding on all of our future auctions.
