*Tenants have the right to pay up until the auction starts, this means that any or all units could be removed from the auction even there are bids placed on them*

You must be there promptly within a few minutes of the specified time. If you aren't there, or send someone in your place, the unit(s) will be resold and you will be banned from bidding on any of our future auctions.

You will have 48 hours from time of payment to clean out your units.
You MUST take everything! Nothing is to be left on the premises.You CAN send someone else to pay for your unit(s).

TERMS: Cash only! 12.5% Buyer's Premium and 50.00 deposit per invoice. This will be refunded once unit(s) are cleaned out and inspected.

48 Hours from time of payment to remove contents. Nothing is to be left on the premises.

If payment is not made and/or unit is not cleaned out properly you will be banned from bidding on all of our future auctions.
